the gemara come out that acc to rebi elizer shabbos and truma makes you unable to eat even temporarily but preparing the food with your words does not make it achilas keva since you can return the rest to the pile.
but according to chachamim that preparing the food with words does make it achilas keva should they not surely agree that shabbos and truma make it achilas keva.
it comes out they hold opposite sevaros??

i hear your point. i agree that it comes out the way you said, but it doesn't bother me so much because:
shabbos is koveia acc. to everyone by something which is nigmar melachto, the only issue is if it is strong enough to be koveia by something which is not nigmar milachto. Words, on the other hand, are either significant and always work or insignificant and never work (even by something which had a gemar melacha).
It seems that the sevaras hagemara is that words are stronger than shabbos, as seen from the gemara wanting to prove that shabbos is koveia and is docheh by saying that maybe shabbos is not koveia but words are koveia.
R' Elazar disagrees about one point, he considers words to be insignificant unless it is accompanied by an action that is not retractible. Therefore, words don't work at all, even though shabbos always works. The Rabbonon agree that shabbos is koveia, but it is not strong enough to be koveia unless there is a gemar melacha, but words are always koveia.
